SYNOPSIS

A magic country, searching for its present face in the heritage of the 13th century, once became the largest empire that the world has ever seen, known as Pax Mongolica.  Feared, cursed and also admired, the same as its founder, in his life never defeated, the chieftain Genghis Khan. On our adventurous quest through inhospitable nature, away from the usual routes, we discovered the other, unknown and surprisingly open-minded side of the aggressive conqueror, whose innovative efforts left a much deeper footprint in the thinking and development of the whole of human society than we are willing to admit.

Mily Palko Barabas...vcera som opat raz mala to stastie a dostala som sa medzi tych, ktori vas mohli vidiet a pocut na Envirofilme v Banskej Bystrici. Uz roky ma uchvacuje, co robite, ako to robite....a spolu s ostatnymi sa cudujem....kedy to robite....
Vcera vecer som do kina dobehla, po kazdodennom zhone a nahanackach bezneho zivota... Unavena, trocha hladna som si sadla do mojho kresla...a zacala vas pocuvat.... a vsetko zo mna pomaly zacalo opadavat...unava, chaos celho dna, hlad....vsetko prestalo existovat.....a uz som sa len unasala vasimi cestami a zazitkami. Tiez rada cestujem, vyberam si vsak menej adreanlinove veci, ktore sa vsak snazim vychutnavat si vsetkymi pormi....Nepotrebujem nalinkovanu cestu, rada sa nechavam unasat atmosferou krajiny a temperamentom naroda.....
Vcera ste mi s Mongolskom tak pohladili dusu, ze opat vazne zacinam uvazovat nad touto nadhernou zemou.... Mala som v plane ine smery, ale to vsetko moze pockat....lebo teraz tuzim len po tichu, nekonecnych pastvinach a pokoji..... Po tom pokoji, s ktorym som vcera odchadzala z vasej prezentacie....

Pán Barabas da sa film od jurty k jurte uz kupit na vasej stranke?

Reply: Asi až pred Vianocami. Ak by som ho vydal už teraz kiná by mi zrušili film...
Z pochopiteľných dôvodov. Ale na veľkom plátne je to iný zážitok...
